We are delighted to welcome the Romsey Ukulele Group to The Pageant this year - formed back in 2015 by a New Zealander who just wanted a strum with some friends. Today RUG boasts a membership of over 150 people. RUG meets on a weekly basis at The Comrades Club and performs for a variety of audiences throughout the year raising thousands of pounds for local Romsey charities. The Group is open to any age, any ability, in fact we’ll even teach you how to play. We pride ourselves on being the friendliest group in the South!

This Benz Dos a Dos was purchased by the owners family back in 1898, attached is an old photo of it with the current owners late Uncle at the wheel. Also a photo with the owners Great Aunt in the car – she was born in 1896 and the front cockpit was designed for her to sit in as a small girl. The unique coachworks were done by Andrews Coachworks in Southampton.

Thanks to Barry Jayes for pictures of his 1993 Alpine Renault A610 Turbo -
"My 25 year old Alpine is No 25 of only 68 A610's imported into the UK by Renault between 1990 and 1995, of which it is thought there are about 40 remaining. It is Yellow, which was the colour used for the press launch cars as it made them stand out! I have owned the car 15 years and use it regularly including at least 2 trips to France a year for French classic events."
- see you at The 2019 Pageant :)
Thank you to Hamilton Parkers Estate Agents in Romsey for supporting this local community event. Look out for their signs on the highways and byways for the 2018 Pageant
We also have a mobile body repair and spray booth on site who will be doing a live demonstration on the day, with commentary.
